These pork chops are cooked in apple cider, making them sweet and tender. Serve with a side of baked potato and a small side salad for a great meal!

Ingredients
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1 tsp sage
- 2 small apples, sliced
- 4 pork chops, sirloin-end
- 1 onion, sliced
- cream
- vegetable oil (or butter)
- flour
- salt and pepper

Instructions
- Season pork chops with salt. Coat lightly with flour.
- Heat skillet on high and add some oil. Brown pork on both sides, about 2 minutes per side. Remove from skillet.
- Add oil to skillet and cook onions and apples. Add sage, cider and pork. Simmer for 15-20 minutes. Remove pork and apples.
- Simmer liquid until reduced; add cream to thicken.
Notes
Pork should be cooked to ~145° F. If you want more mushy apples, don't remove them when thickening the sauce. Sometimes I leave out the apples and use applesauce.
