Here is a pretty good sweet lamb-chop recipe. The sweet marinade eliminates most of the lamb odor.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp five-spice powder
- 4 top-round lamb steaks
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- salt and pepper

- broiling pan
Instructions
- In bag, combine soy sauce, sugar, ginger powder, garlic powder and five-spice powder. Add lamb steaks and refrigerate for 48 hours.
- Drain and wipe the lamb dry. Thinly coat with oil.
- Sear lamb for 1 minute on each side, then bake for 15 minutes at 350° F.
- Broil lamb on high for 2 minutes on each side. Let the lamb rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
