Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 4 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 black tea bags
- 1 Tbsp five-spice powder

- place eggs in pot; cover with cold water 1" over.
- bring to boil, simmer for ~2 minutes
- remove eggs and add remaining ingredients. lightly crack the eggshells and return to pot.
- simmer on low for 2-3 hours
